Hey Yall!!On Feb.2 & Feb.3 Terry Laughlin will be here to give a workshop on swimming. For those of you who don't know who he is... http://www.totalimmersion.net/ will give you more info. There will be 2 workshop categories - one for recreational freestyle/triathlon swimming and a second for competitive swimming which will cover all strokes.

Wow, that is amazing. A total immersion swimming workshop would probably do me worlds of good. Do you have any info on registration costs etc. I didn't see anything on the TI webiste.
